Customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange the item, please contact us within 30 days of receipt of your purchase. In general it is a violation of FDA regulations to resell an opened case of incontinence products. Therefore, these cannot be returned unless they were received damaged or by our mistake. Please try to be careful about choosing the right size and product before ordering. In certain situations where the customer has opened the case and it cannot be returned we are willing to sell the customer a new case at a very reduced price. We do our best to satisfy our customers.
